Salesforce Omni Studio Lead (Remote)
We are seeking an experienced Architect with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team in a Remote work model. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Omni studio Salesforce Lightning Pages Salesforce Lightning Path Salesforce Apex and Salesforce Advance. Experience in Agent Set-up Agency Relationship Annuities Agency Management and Agency Management is a plus. The role involves designing and implementing innovative solutions that align with our business goals and enhancing customers.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable solutions using Salesforce Lightning Pages and Salesforce Apex to meet business requirements and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce Lightning Path to streamline processes and enhance user experience.
- Utilize Omnistudio to create dynamic and responsive applications that cater to diverse business needs.
- Ensure the architecture aligns with best practices and industry standards to maintain system integrity and performance.
- Provide technical guidance and support to development teams fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to ensure optimal functionality and reliability.
- Lead the integration of Salesforce Advance features to enhance system capabilities and drive business growth.
- Oversee the implementation of security measures to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest Salesforce technologies and trends.
- Work closely with stakeholders to deliver solutions that improve customer satisfaction and business outcomes.
- Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to enhance the companys competitive edge.
- Document technical specifications and design solutions to facilitate knowledge sharing and future reference.
Qualifications
- Possess strong expertise in Omnistudio and Salesforce Lightning technologies.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Salesforce Apex and Salesforce Advance for developing robust solutions.
- Experience in Agent Set-up and Agency Management is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Annuities Agency Management and Agency Relationship is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model and adapt to changing business needs.
Certifications Required
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect Salesforce Certified Platform Developer
Salary and Other Compensation:
Applications will be accepted until 10/10/2025.
The annual salary for this position is between $ 74,000– $ 117,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
