Your future duties and responsibilities:

  • Refactor and simplify complex Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components into efficient, maintainable solutions.
  • Champion the use of Salesforce declarative tools such as Flow Builder, validation rules, and platform configurations.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to challenge requirements and promote standard Salesforce capabilities over custom builds.
  • Establish and enforce governance, coding standards, and best practices to ensure long-term platform health.
Identify and decommission redundant custom objects, fields, and legacy code to reduce technical debt.
  • Manage the Salesforce release lifecycle, including CI/CD pipelines, sandbox strategies, and deployments.
  • Analyze, maintain, and enhance Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations.
  • Design and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Platform Events.
  • Drive continuous improvement of system architecture for scalability, performance, and maintainability.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience on the Salesforce platform.
  • Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Demonstrated expertise in Salesforce declarative automation, especially Flow Builder.

  • Experience with Salesforce integration patterns, including REST/SOAP APIs and Platform Events.
  • Experience managing Salesforce deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and release processes.
