What We’re Looking For
We believe there’s no single path to becoming a great Project Manager. Some of our best PMs come from non-traditional backgrounds – like being an Executive Assistant, a BDR, operations manager and other roles that required exceptional organization and communication skills.

What You Bring

Ability to work in Canada: You’re a Canadian citizen, a Permanent Resident of Canada, or hold a work permit.

Great Communication: You’re skilled at connecting with everyone from project teams to executives, and your written and verbal communication is clear and engaging.

Project Management Experience: At least 2 years of project management experience, especially in client-facing roles.

Methodology Know-How: Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.

Tool Proficiency: You’re comfortable with project management platforms, task trackers, and time-tracking software.

Leadership Ability: You inspire and align teams, keeping everyone focused on shared goals.

What You’ll Do
As a Project Manager at CloudKettle, a Bell Canada Company you’ll:

Lead Projects: Manage multiple client projects from start to finish, ensuring they’re delivered on time and within budget.

Coordinate Teams: Work with cross-functional teams to align on objectives and foster collaboration.

Facilitate Communication: Share clear and timely updates with clients, team members, and leadership.

Mitigate Risks: Spot potential issues before they become problems and come up with plans to address them.

Drive Quality: Make sure projects meet our (and our clients’) high standards, using quality assurance processes throughout.

Document Thoroughly: Stay on top of project documentation, like plans, schedules, and lessons learned.

Report Progress: Provide weekly status updates to clients and leadership.

Close With Clarity: Wrap up projects by finalizing documentation, gathering feedback, and identifying improvements for the future engagements.
