Performance Marketer
As a Growth Hacker / Performance Marketer, you’ll play a vital role in driving the success of our exciting new product offerings such as Mockingbird (UseMockingbird.ai). You’ll leverage your expertise in digital marketing to attract and engage new customers, contributing to REDspace’s continued growth trajectory. You’ll work closely with our Brand Director and design team to execute impactful marketing initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Requirements
- Develop and implement data-driven growth marketing strategies across digital channels (paid search, paid social, SEO, email marketing, influencer partnerships, referral programs, etc.).
- Identify and test new acquisition channels to drive high-quality traffic and conversions.
- Optimize customer acquisition funnels, retention loops, and engagement strategies to increase lifetime value.
- Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies to acquire and retain customers for our new product lines.
- Identify, engage, and contribute to online communities aligned with our product visions to build awareness and gain early feedback.
- Comfortable engaging with potential customers through calls and surveys to identify pain points and refine messaging.
Performance Marketing & Optimization
- Plan, execute, and analyze paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, social media, and email marketing.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROAS, CAC, and conversion rates.
- Leverage marketing automation tools to optimize lead nurturing and conversion rates.
- Conduct A/B tests to identify and implement high-performing marketing tactics, on materials, landing pages, and messaging to improve key metrics.
Data Analytics & Reporting
- Track, analyze, and report on key growth KPIs (CAC, LTV, Churn, ROAS, CTR, etc.).
- Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.) to extract insights and inform decision-making.
- Implement and monitor attribution models to understand customer journeys and optimize marketing spend.
SEO & Content Growth
- Leverage content marketing, link-building, and technical SEO to improve website traffic and conversion rates.
- Plan, write, and manage social media content across various platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement.
- Write and develop marketing content such as blog posts, case studies, landing pages, and other assets to support brand growth and customer acquisition.
- Work closely with the Brand Director and cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and design, to ensure alignment and maximum impact.

Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or a similar role.
- Experience with product-led growth strategies.
- Strong copywriting skills and experience creating marketing content such as blogs, case studies, and social media posts.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing, landing page optimization, and CRO techniques.
- Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools.(HubSpot)
- Comfortable leveraging AI to increase output and efficiency.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics.
- Strong proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media analytics).
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and growth hacking tactics.
