Position Overview:
Microsoft Inside Sales Representative
We are searching for an exceptional Microsoft Inside Sales Professional to support current and future customers. As part of the Compugen team, you will be working with many skilled and focused Microsoft team members, ranging from Inside Sales Representatives, Licensing Specialists, Microsoft Business Specialists, and so on that will benefit and help you in furthering your knowledge and experience with Microsoft Licensing and grow within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Understand Microsoft programs and offerings and continually increase knowledge of the specified publisher group
- Function in a Customer Service Representative capacity providing ongoing support and administrative assistance to the Sales Account Representative and Compugen customers
- Direct contact with the customer and ensure they have a high level of confidence in our ability to satisfy their requirements and expectations
- If required, attend face-to-face customer calls to gain trust and confidence in Compugen and specifically the sales team
- Supply quotes to customers in a timely and effective manner
- Check purchase orders for accuracy against the quote and/or standards before submitting orders
- Ensure that orders are expertly expedited through the systems and processes
- Liaise with Administrative, Technical, and Operation departments in order to provide expedited order flow and successful resolution of customer demands
- Resolve any order related problems using tenacity, persistence, and a high level of tactfulness and attention to detail
- Assist and support the sales team and customers on licensing sales opportunities, including new licenses, upgrades and renewals
- Proactively act as a backup and support to other team members when required to ensure Compugen maintains the highest level of customer experience and excellence
Skills & Qualifications:
- Needs to be fully bilingual (English and French)
- Microsoft certifications are desired and considered a bonus
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Microsoft licensing
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft licensing programs, portals, processes
- Proven customer service skills, sense of urgency, and good decision-making skills
- Proven self-reliance and resourcefulness
- Must possess strong attention to detail
- Ability to service customer accounts with quality, timeliness, and professionalism
- Excels in effective and positive communication both written and verbally
- Ability to work and facilitate in a team environment
- Ability to organize, prioritize and multitask
- Ability to conduct research and exercise good business judgment
- Ability to determine problem areas and recommend solutions
