Marketing and Events Manager
The Events Marketing Manager at Bulletproof, is not just planning events and crafting marketing campaigns; they’re orchestrating experiences and creating memories. They are someone who can juggle lead magnets, marketing campaigns and create epic events.
Responsibilities:
Event Planning and Execution:
- Take charge of planning events that are memorable – think tech conferences that build relationships.
- Manage events from research to execution, from coordinating with vendors to managing the pre-event marketing to onsite management and measuring the effectiveness of post-event.
- Bring creative out-of-the-box ideas into the event experience to increase booth traffic, attendee interest in Bulletproof, and ultimately lead capture.
- Track competitors and industry partners to scope their event program and where they are committed for Bulletproof consideration.
- Inventory management of booth properties, banners, promotional items to ensure quality and availability.
- Shipping and logistics management of event materials via event vendors and office locations.
- Management of event budget and expenses.
Marketing & Lead Generation:
- Developing and executing marketing campaigns that not only boost brand awareness but generate prospective customer interest and lead capture
- Develop lead generation programs to fill our pipeline with hot prospects – whether it’s through captivating campaigns, webinars, or turning events into lead generation successes.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that leads are being followed up on and moving forward in the sales process.
- Build relationships with teams, partners, and vendors that lead to joint success.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create content about our services that will increase effectiveness in our event program.
- Work with the design team to create marketing collateral that’s not just informative but visually stunning and shareable.
- Keep an eye on campaign performance and tweak things to perfection.
Required Education/Credentials/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proven 5+ years’ experience in lead generation, event planning, execution and marketing
- Experienced in project management tools such as Monday.com.
- Thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and adapt quickly to changing business needs and pivot strategies as required.
- Bring a creative spark to everything you do, from crafting engaging content to brainstorming innovative event ideas that set us apart.
- Work seamlessly with cross-functional teams, recognizing that great ideas and successful events are a collaborative effort.
- Approach challenges with a solutions-oriented mindset, turning roadblocks into opportunities.
- Express ideas clearly and concisely, whether you’re crafting compelling marketing copy or coordinating logistics for an event.
- Bonus: Experience with marketing & communication tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, Webinar Platform tools, Salesforce, etc.
