Venor is proud to partner with Nautel in their search for a Manager of Broadcast Sales to lead their global Broadcast Sales team.
Nautel is a global Leader in broadcast transmission solutions, recognized for its innovation, engineering excellence, and customer-focused approach. With a strong international footprint, they continue to set the standard in broadcast technology. As they focus on driving growth and elevating the customer experience they are seeking a strategic, performance-driven leader to guide their broadcast sales function and deliver on ambitious global targets.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage the global Broadcast Sales team, setting sales targets and supporting performance through coaching and analytics
- Lead the development and execution of the broadcast sales strategy to drive revenue growth and process improvement.
- Oversee the broadcast sales budget, ensuring alignment with financial goals and operational plans.
- Support the team in generating and following up on leads and engaging with customers pre and post sales.
- Conduct regular performance reviews of internal team members and external agents.
- Champion the use of Salesforce and other CRM tools to support forecasting, pipeline development, and data analysis.
- Collaborate with Marketing to plan and deliver strategic sales initiatives and customer engagement events
- Represent Nautel at global trade shows, communicating new product developments and building customer relationships.
- Lead the response process for RFIs and RFPs coordinating input across internal teams.
- Provide oversight and strategic input into procurement activities, contracts, and materials tracking.
- Drive continuous improvement efforts across the sales process and team operations.
What We’re Looking For
As the ideal candidate, you are a strategic, analytical, and self-motivated sales leader with a strong background in technical B2B sales. You bring previous experience managing international teams of 8-10 representatives, a proven ability to deliver personal sales targets, and demonstrated success driving a team into growth mode. You’re comfortable engaging with VP and C-suite level stakeholders, and bring a proven track record in procurement and contract management. You have formalized training in sales and leadership, advanced proficiency in CRM platforms like Salesforce, and are highly skilled in using technology and data analytics to guide the sales process. You are collaborative, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement. A technical background or SBE certification and experience in the broadcast industry are considered strong assets.
