⁠We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Junior Workflow Content Creator to join our team. This individual will play a key role in transforming complex processes into clear, engaging, and user-friendly workflows. They will collaborate closely with both clients and internal teams to understand operational needs, design intuitive solutions, and support ongoing improvements to our platform. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and passionate about creating streamlined experiences that make a real impact.

About The Role


As a Junior Workflow Content Creator, you’ll play a key role in translating complex brokerage operations into creative, user-friendly workflows. You’ll gain unique insight into the Personal Lines operations of insurance brokerages and collaborate closely with both clients and internal teams to bring their processes to life in our software, delivering clear, actionable, and well-designed workflow solutions.

⁠Qualifications

  • Entry-level position suitable for recent university or college graduates
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Initiative and ability to work independently
  • A professional, distraction-free work-from-home setup
  • Willingness to learn new tools and build professional skills
  • Proficient English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Active listening and clear communication style
  • Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks under pressure
  • A design mindset — you enjoy creating intuitive, easy-to-follow visual experiences

Nice To Have
