As a Halifax Onsite Delivery Manager, you will make an impact by fostering an inclusive and encouraging environment that motivates our growing Halifax team to succeed. You’ll manage delivery operations across multiple service lines for a key client, ensuring exceptional, collaborative outcomes. By combining technical expertise, strategic insights, and thoughtful leadership, you will seamlessly align client priorities with delivery teams to drive success. You will be a valued member of our Digital Engineering practice and work collaboratively with account teams, the delivery head, and the client relationship manager to achieve impactful outcomes and sustained growth.

In this role, you will

  • Mentor and guide team members, encouraging an inclusive environment that supports development and continuous learning.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the client and Halifax associates, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Use governance and delivery oversight to drive service excellence, resolve challenges, and deliver meaningful solutions across multiple practices.
  • Lead efforts to grow and strengthen the Halifax team, contributing to hiring, onboarding, and engagement strategies.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to align priorities, delivery roadmaps, and project updates.
  • Identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, productivity, and delivery quality.
  • Build positive relationships within the Halifax community and with key client partners to support business growth and engagement.

What you’ll need to succeed (required skills)

  • High proficiency in leading and scaling high-performing technical delivery teams, encouraging a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Detailed knowledge of application development and management practices, enabling effective guidance and communication with technical teams.
  • Outstanding relationship management skills, with experience serving as a trusted liaison between clients and delivery teams.
  • a proven track record of assessing delivery risks and resolving them.
  • Proficient in .net technology and development of applications
  • Expert in React and JavaScript based Web application development
  • Detailed understanding of Product development
  • Hands on experience in Project and delivery management
  • Strong presentation skills to lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly governance meetings
