The Role

We are looking for a Growth Systems Integrator to become the execution backbone of our client delivery. This person sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, and digital operations. They understand how growth actually works and can translate that understanding into systems that run.

You will build and manage the digital systems we deploy for clients across the full growth funnel: from initial lead capture and CRM configuration through to conversion workflows, retention automations, and expansion campaigns. You bring enough marketing and sales fluency to know why a system matters, and enough operational discipline to build it right and keep it running.

This is not just a task-taker role. We need someone who thinks ahead, connects dots, and takes initiative before being asked. The right person for this seat anticipates what needs to happen next and makes it happen.

Core Responsibilities

  • Build and manage CRM pipelines, lead generation workflows, and nurture sequences
  • Implement and maintain sales conversion, retention, and expansion automations
  • Navigate and make updates across digital platforms: CRM, email, website, social media, and AI tools
  • Maintain client performance dashboards and reporting cadences
  • Manage project timelines, task tracking, and deliverable coordination across multiple clients
  • Anticipate client needs before they surface as requests
  • Identify integration gaps and recommend system improvements

What You Bring

  • Experience in a sales or marketing role, ideally with exposure to both
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools
  • Comfort with funnel logic, lead workflows, and retention or expansion systems
  • Strong project administration skills and a bias for organized, documented systems
  • Ability to navigate and make updates across website, email, social, and AI platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously without losing quality
  • Excellent written and verbal communication

Bonus Points – Any of these will make you stand out:

  • Entrepreneurial experience: started something, ran something, or worked closely inside an early-stage business
  • Design skills: Canva, Figma, or any working knowledge of visual communication
  • Website work: WordPress, Webflow, or similar platforms
  • Paid or organic social media management experience
  • Familiarity with EOS, StoryBrand, or similar business operating frameworks

Pay: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
