We’re hiring a Graphic & Digital Designer who thrives on creativity, precision, and versatility. This is a multi-disciplinary role for a designer who can switch seamlessly from branding and web layouts to social clips, animations, and video edits. You’ll bring ideas to life in ways that are visually powerful and rooted in strategy.
You’ll be part of a collaborative team that values high standards, creative thinking, and clear execution — and you’ll contribute across everything from campaign launches and digital content to long-term brand platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
– Design visual assets across multiple platforms — including branding, digital campaigns, websites, and social media content.
– Develop strong brand identities, style guides, and supporting visual systems.
– Create and edit short-form videos, animations, and social clips for digital storytelling.
– Design web layouts, landing pages, and UI elements — with a strong eye for hierarchy, flow, and accessibility.
– Collaborate with strategists, writers, and project managers to turn concepts into polished, high-impact deliverables.
– Translate complex ideas into clear, compelling visuals that align with client goals and project objectives.
– Contribute to pitch decks, campaign mockups, and presentations that communicate creative direction.
– Manage design files, maintain organized folders, and ensure work meets deadlines and quality expectations.
Your Skills & Experience:
– 4–6 years of experience in graphic design, digital media, or creative production — ideally in an agency or multi-client environment.
– A strong portfolio that includes branding, web design, digital content, and video or animation samples.
– Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Canva, and Figma.
– Experience editing video and audio using tools like Premiere Pro, CapCut, or equivalent.
– Ability to animate assets for social, web, or motion-driven campaigns.
– Deep understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and digital accessibility standards.
– Strong organizational habits, time management, and attention to detail — even when working across multiple deliverables.
– A creative, solutions-driven mindset with the ability to take feedback and iterate effectively.
What You Bring:
– 4–6 years’ experience in graphic design, digital media, or creative production, ideally with agency or multi-client work
– A standout portfolio that includes branding, digital design, and video or animation work
– Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Figma, and Canva
– Experience with video and audio editing tools (e.g. Premiere Pro, CapCut)
– Ability to animate for social and digital campaigns
– A strong grasp of typography, colour theory, layout design, and accessibility standards
– Solid time management, file organization, and attention to the little things
– A collaborative approach and comfort with constructive feedback
