Graphic Designer

As Graphic Designer, you’ll play a pivotal role in bringing brands to life. You’ll work on a variety of projects and clients, crafting advertising and marketing materials across a broad spectrum of media. This position is ideal for someone who is creative, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll collaborate closely with our team to deliver work that not only looks great but also aligns with our clients’ strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design a wide range of materials, including advertising campaigns, social media graphics, visual identities, and web assets.
  • Work closely with copywriters, strategists, and other team members to ensure visual consistency and effectiveness.
  • Maintain a keen attention to detail, ensuring all work aligns with brand guidelines and industry best practices.
  • Balance multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and client expectations.
  • Keep up with design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table.
  • Assist in preparing and presenting design concepts to clients, articulating the rationale behind creative choices.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally within an agency.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work, including branding, digital, and print design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Understanding of design principles, typography, and layout for both digital and print mediums.
  • Knowledge of print production processes, including file preparation, colour management, and print specifications
  • Ability to take feedback and adapt designs based on input from other team members and clients.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects
  • A collaborative mindset, excited to contribute to a growing creative team.
  • Knowledge of web design and/or motion graphics would be a strong asset, but is not a requirement.
