About the role

As an ETL Architect, you will make an impact by designing and implementing scalable data integration solutions that support business intelligence and analytics initiatives. You will be a valued member of the Data Engineering & Analytics team and work collaboratively with project managers, data engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure high-quality data delivery across platforms.

In this role, you will:
  • Architect and design end-to-end ETL solutions using industry best practices
  • Lead the development and optimization of complex SQL queries and data pipelines
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and performance across ETL processes
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and engineers

What you need to have to be considered:
  • Proven experience as an ETL Architect or Senior ETL Developer
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and relational database design
  • Hands-on experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, SSIS, or similar
  • Experience in data modeling, data warehousing, and performance tuning
  • Ability to lead technical discussions and drive architectural decisions
These will help you stand out:
  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop)
  • Knowledge of data governance and data security best practices
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Certifications in ETL or cloud technologies
