ETL Architect
About the role
As an ETL Architect, you will make an impact by designing and implementing scalable data integration solutions that support business intelligence and analytics initiatives. You will be a valued member of the Data Engineering & Analytics team and work collaboratively with project managers, data engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure high-quality data delivery across platforms.
In this role, you will:
- Architect and design end-to-end ETL solutions using industry best practices
- Lead the development and optimization of complex SQL queries and data pipelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and performance across ETL processes
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and engineers

What you need to have to be considered:
- Proven experience as an ETL Architect or Senior ETL Developer
- Strong proficiency in SQL and relational database design
- Hands-on experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, SSIS, or similar
- Experience in data modeling, data warehousing, and performance tuning
- Ability to lead technical discussions and drive architectural decisions
These will help you stand out:
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop)
- Knowledge of data governance and data security best practices
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certifications in ETL or cloud technologies
