Director of Marketing
We are seeking a proven, creative and data-driven Director of Marketing to lead marketing initiatives for Rafflebox Technologies. The ideal candidate is a senior-level professional and will play a critical role in shaping our future. You will be responsible for refining, executing, and optimizing our digital marketing strategy. This role will also lead our formal GTM strategy as we enter the US market with a systematic formalized approach.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing Planning:
Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to promote Rafflebox and grow our charity customer base. Ability to develop, articulate, and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies. Proven track record of driving growth through innovative marketing initiatives.
Campaign Execution:
Design and implement promotional campaigns across digital platforms (social media, email, etc.) and traditional channels to increase brand awareness, interest, lead generation and growth.
Content Marketing:
Ability to guide the creation of compelling narratives around data-driven insights. Collaborate with the content team to create compelling materials, including advertisements, social media posts, blogs, and video content, tailored to raffle audiences.
Audience Engagement:
Foster community engagement by leveraging social media platforms, partnerships, and influencer collaborations to create a loyal and enthusiastic Raffle Admin and ticket buyer base.
Analytics & Performance Tracking:
Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, provide insights into audience behavior, and optimize strategies for better ROI. You will work to create processes, improve conversions; providing insights to Marketing, Sales and Revenue business decisions.
Brand Building:
Develop and maintain a strong, recognizable brand identity within the raffle space and fundraising community.
Compliance Management:
Ensure marketing activities adhere to provincial legal and regulatory guidelines related to raffles, gaming, and lotteries.
Partnership Development:
Establish and maintain relationships with sponsors, affiliates, and industry stakeholders to enhance promotional efforts.
Team Leadership:
Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering innovation and collaboration. Lead cadence and rhythm of the business, keeping all Marketing initiatives on track towards reaching Marketing goals.
Identify and create progression plans for potential leaders on the marketing team.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Advanced certifications in digital marketing are an asset.
Experience:
- Minimum of 10-15 years in digital marketing, with preference given to experience working in an agency.
- Ability to manage several significant competing priorities in tandem.
- Previous experience managing teams and leading exceptional team members.
- Demonstrated experience in digital campaign management and audience engagement. Proven track record of execution of successful digital strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation and ultimately revenue to the business.
- Previous US Go-To-Market experience considered a strong asset. Proven ability to build a multi-stage GTM strategy with agency management, providing creative direction, digital assets, digital ads (Google, Meta, Instagram, YouTube).
- Previous experience and examples of working with clients on large scale projects and deliverables. Ability to project manage plan, process and budget.
- Previous experience working within the charitable or gaming lottery space with proven success in the gaming, raffle, lottery, or similar industries considered an asset.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong knowledge of marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Meta Ads Manager).
- Excellent understanding of social media marketing, PPC campaigns, and content creation.
- Exceptional communication, project management, and organizational skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.

- Knowledge of raffle ticket industry trends and best practices.
