We are seeking a Content Producer to lead concept development, production planning, and creative direction for high-impact, short-form video content. You will take a brand’s story and turn it into thumb-stopping visuals that drive action and engagement across platforms. This is a hands-on, strategic content production role for someone who thrives in result-driven environments and knows how to make ideas real.
You’ll work across industries—crafting visual narratives that drive bookings, build trust in service brands, and elevate local voices—and bring a strong visual sensibility and organized production process to every project.
Key Responsibilities:
– Translate briefs into clear, creative treatments, scripts, and production plans
– Direct in-person and remote shoots across tourism, real estate, and small business sectors
– Work collaboratively with editors, strategists, and clients to bring ideas to life
– Ensure each piece of content is optimized for channel, brand voice, and audience intent
– Monitor content trends and lead ideation that’s both timely and evergreen
Your Skills & Experience:
– 2+ years of content production experience (agency, freelance, or in-house)
– Skilled in video-first storytelling, from creative development to execution
– Confidently directing shoots and working with both talent and clients on set
– Strong understanding of short-form video platforms (TikTok, Reels, Shorts)
– Able to work independently, hit deadlines, and push creative boundaries
