Cognigy Bot Developer
About the role
As a Cognigy Bot Senior Developer, you will make an impact by designing and implementing intelligent automation solutions that enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency. You will be a valued member of the Technology & Engineering team and work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders across development, architecture, and insurance domain experts.
In this role, you will:
- Design scalable and robust architectures using Node.js and Python to meet business requirements.
- Integrate Google Dialogflow ES and CX into existing systems to build conversational interfaces.
- Commit to deliver technical project development for Conversational AI (CAI) solutions, focusing on innovation and scalability.
- Leverage Google Agent Assist and Google Insights to deliver actionable data and enhance decision-making.
- Implement Google Info Bot to streamline information retrieval and improve user experience.
Work model:

What you need to have to be considered:
- 10+ years of experience in software development, with strong proficiency in Node.js, Javascript and Python.
- Expertise in Cognigy for building conversational AI solutions.
- Hands-on experience with the Google CCAI Platform, including Agent Assist and Insights.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
These will help you stand out:
- Experience implementing Google Info Bot for enhanced user experience.
- Familiarity with the Property & Casualty Insurance domain and its specific business needs.
- A proactive approach to mentoring junior developers and fostering continuous learning.
- Ability to stay current with emerging technologies and incorporate them into solution design.
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $74,000 – $117,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
