We develop intricate, innovative software that is simple to use and saves our clients hours each day. Currently, we provide the solution to the insurance industry, offering brokerages a one-stop location for organizational workflows as well as all their carrier underwriting information, including custom-made comparisons, documents, training, and helpful tools.
We seek a dynamic, results-driven Co-Op Content Creator to join our team. The Co-op Content Creator will gain hands-on experience extracting key information from insurance manuals, wordings, and supporting documents to enhance our platform. You’ll also develop skills in preparing forms in Adobe and organizing accessible pages for clients to find and access essential documents easily. As you collaborate with the Comparison Team, you’ll gain a foundational understanding of insurance and learn what our clients need to make their jobs easier. This role is perfect for detail-oriented individuals looking to build expertise in content management, document organization, and insurance industry essentials!
About the Role:
As a Co-Op Content Creator at QuickFacts, you’ll get to use your book knowledge of insurance in a practical daily use case for underwriting and insurance knowledge. More specifically, you’ll get to:

Maintain our database of insurance carrier underwriting resources

Assist in gathering, renaming and organizing documents

Assist in Developing new resources and assist in the design with real user feedback

Apply a detail-oriented approach concerning documentation and communication

Assist in quality checking of all resources.
Qualifications:

This position is dependent on Government funding programs and requires the student to be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident to qualify.
