We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Avaya Aura Specialist who will be responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and support of Avaya Aura Unified Communications systems. This role ensures seamless voice and messaging services across enterprise environments, supporting business operations and enhancing communication infrastructure.

In this role, you will

  • Install, configure, and maintain Avaya Aura components including Communication Manager (CM), Session Manager (SM), System Manager (SMGR), and Messaging.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal uptime and reliability.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to integrate Avaya Aura with other enterprise systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align contact center solutions with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users and internal teams.

What you’ll need to succeed (required skills)

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with Avaya Aura platforms.
  • Experience with Avaya tools such as Breeze, AES, AAEP, and Elite Contact Center
  • Strong knowledge of VoIP technologies, SIP protocols, and telephony infrastructure.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to work in a distributed team environment.
