Applied Research Specialist
Foundation Marketing Services Inc. is looking for an Applied Research Specialist who can bridge the gap between theory and practice. This role involves conducting in-depth research on emerging trends in content marketing, AI applications, and customer engagement strategies, then translating findings into actionable insights.
What the successful candidate will be doing:
- Innovative Research & Development: Conduct groundbreaking research on emerging trends in AI, marketing technologies, and customer engagement. Explore innovative methodologies to address complex marketing challenges and improve content outcomes.
- Data-Driven Insights: Utilize advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI tools to extract actionable insights from complex datasets, identifying new opportunities for content creation and distribution strategies.
- Creative Content Application: Translate research findings into innovative content strategies, working closely with product and content teams to develop new service offerings, tools, and campaign approaches that align with market trends.
- Advanced Technical Reports: Produce comprehensive technical reports, white papers, and case studies that showcase the practical application of research insights, contributing to thought leadership and industry innovation.
- Collaborative Knowledge Sharing: Foster a culture of learning and innovation by developing training materials, hosting workshops, and collaborating with internal teams to apply research insights in real-world scenarios.
- Feasibility Studies: Conduct technical feasibility studies and pilot projects to assess the viability of new service offerings, tools, or market entry strategies, ensuring they are informed by the latest research and technological advancements.
What skills and experience the successful candidate will need:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in applied research, data analysis, or similar roles, with a focus on marketing, AI, or digital media.
- Strong expertise in data analytics, machine learning applications, and research methodologies, with an emphasis on innovative approaches.
- Proficient in statistical software, data visualization tools, and research technologies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly and engage non-technical audiences.
- Experience in AI-driven research, digital marketing analytics, or marketing tech development.
- Familiarity with tools like SPSS, R, Python, Tableau, or other research and data analysis platforms.
