Our clients represent Risk, Finance, HR, CAO, Audit, Legal, Compliance, Financial Crime, Capital Markets, Personal and Commercial Banking and Wealth Management. We also lead the development of digital tools and platforms to enhance collaboration.

We are looking for a highly motivated Production Support Analyst to coordinate production support activities for all major systems and related subsystems to ensure the integrity of computer-generated data. Applies complete knowledge, skills, and practices to perform assignments.

What will you do?

  • Monitor and investigate JCL Batch job executions, troubleshoot failures, and ensure timely resolutions to maintain smooth operations.
  • Ensuring the documentation and tracking of all shift turnover issues.
  • Contributing to job scheduling and report distribution, as well as data center standards development and enforcement.
  • Monitoring the library to insure that the proper generation of data files are available for production runs and tracks resolution.

What do you need to succeed?

Must have:

  • Willing to take a business focused, holistic approach to delivering operations
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Displays a sense of ownership and exhibits flexibility, resilience, and resourcefulness
  • Experience with the incident and problem management lifecycles
  • Experience with SQL & Unix environments

Nice-to-have:

  • ITIL Framework
  • Experience with monitoring and logging technologies such as Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix, ELK, Splunk, etc.
  • IT Systems Operations Experience
  • Working experience with ServiceNow or comparable IT Service Management toolsets
