Yes Capital, a division of East Coast Credit Union, offers alternative lending solutions for residential and commercial customers across Atlantic Canada. We are seeking a Full-Time Administration Officer. Reporting to the Vice President, Alternative Lending, the Administration Officer is responsible for reviewing closing documents related to Yes Capital’s growing Mortgage portfolio. They will follow up with law firms to resolve documentation deficiencies and support continuous process improvement.

You would…
• Examine mortgage documents (deeds, assignments, etc.) for accuracy.
• Coordinate with law firms for resolution of deficiencies.
• Prepare payout and discharge statements.
• Assist with internal and external audits.
• Input data to maintain loan records.
• Support underwriters by verifying application documents.
• Assist teammates, provide backup, and complete additional assigned duties.

You have…
• Successfully completed a post-secondary diploma in business administration.
• At least one-year relevant experience in a financial institution; or equivalent combination of training and experience. Lending experience is considered an asset.
• Exceptional digital office skills (outlook, excel, word, online systems)
