The Role

We are seeking an experienced agency Client Services professional. On behalf of your clients and with the support of our internal teams, you’ll manage our cross functional team through creating, iterating, and executing integrated marketing communications and campaigns. A natural trusting relationship-builder, you are detail-oriented, highly organized, and know how to prioritize your time and effort across many projects and moving pieces.

Responsibilities
– You’ll oversee your clients’ brands’ marketing communications needs and lead the completion of their projects, leveraging the skills and talents of our internal teams
– Strong relationship building skills are a must, as you are the connector between the client’s needs and the agency’s service offerings
– You’ll ensure client projects are completed on time and on budget, with regular and pre-emptive check ins as part of your process
– You’ll contribute sound brand counsel and identify opportunities to develop compelling and impactful communications, from websites to full blown campaigns
– Manage up as necessary to keep teammates up to date, pre-emptively identifying issues that may need managing
– Contribute to our entrepreneurial and collaborative work environment

Qualifications
– 4 to 7 years experience in advertising agencies, digital content firms or with a marketing team that works regularly with agencies
– Experience in managing client relationships
– You are comfortable leading internal and external meetings, with strong presentation and communication skills
– You are detail oriented and can keep multiple projects on the go while also having an eye on the bigger picture/future
– Ability to work independently as well as on a team
– Strong financial acumen and experience in managing budgets
– You have a natural curiosity and are a proven learner and contributor – you take ownership of your work and like to bring fresh thinking to the table
– An undergraduate degree or diploma in a related field (digital communications, marketing, public relations) is an asset
