Account Executive, Valet Wireless
Position Overview
As a Wireless Account Executive, you lead our business development activity across Canada. Your leadership and communication skills allow you to excel in providing solutions to medium, large and enterprise businesses. As the company grows and expands the sales force across Canada, the team follows your leadership. You are an Account Executive that is hyper-focused on customers and can provide leadership within a dynamic sales force.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with medium to large organizations across Canada.
- Use your existing network and digital presence to promote Valet Wireless’ innovative solutions that simplify wireless service and reduce costs.
- Work closely with Marketing and Business Development teams to convert identified leads into new business
- Build strong client relationships by understanding their needs and delivering tailored wireless lifecycle solutions that exceed expectations.
- Work closely with our Customer Experience Manager to ensure a seamless and positive client onboarding and service experience.
- Support the development and execution of strategic sales plans in collaboration with senior leadership.
- Help shape best practices in sales processes and customer engagement as part of a growing sales team.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals and participate in RFPs to win new business.
- Keep detailed and organized records of sales activities, pricing, and client interactions to support ongoing account development.
Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in wireless or a related technology/services industry
- Confidence using social media and digital tools to connect with business decision-makers and promote solutions
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal – with a customer-first mindset and the ability to tailor your approach to different audiences
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude when it comes to understanding client needs and delivering value
- A desire to grow into a people leadership role and contribute to the evolving sales culture at a fast-growing, innovative company
- A self-starter with a positive attitude, who thrives in a collaborative environment and is excited to take ownership of new opportunities
- Experience with wireless sales (Rogers) an asset
