We’re inviting leaders from the tech sector to share their insights on the skills gap between junior and senior level talent in Nova Scotia.

With the rapid growth of our industry, the need for talent continues to grow. By joining us for this roundtable discussion, you will supporting the development of a competency model specific to our sector. The competency model is a document that will be able to support employers and HR professionals in promoting and advancing employees into mid-to-senior level positions. We will be exploring non-technical skills used in the workplace, and looking at which ones are needed to address this talent gap.

Thanks to in-depth and engaging conversations with industry leaders such as yourselves, we will be presenting our research findings and trends identified so far, and would value your feedback and validation.
