$100 Youth Startup Challenge – Digby

IGNITE is again hosting it’s annual $100 Youth Startup Challenge! This four-day youth startup challenge provides youth with an opportunity to develop their entrepreneurial skills and gain hands-on experience in creating products and starting a business. At the beginning of the week, participants are given $100 to create their own idea and bring it to life. Throughout the week they will work through the process of developing their business until the final day when they take their product “to Market” to sell. The students will keep all profits earned. Through this event, IGNITE aims to foster a culture of entrepreneurship among youth and empower them to become leaders in their communities. Participants not only gain valuable skills, but also have the chance to connect with mentors to help them take their idea to the next level! Details: For: Youth aged 12-15 Dates: August 6th- 9th, from 9am until 3pm daily Location: 84 Warwick Street, Digby Cost: Free Lunches will be included. Please specify any dietary issues or allergies.
