The Cape Breton Partnership invites you to join us on November 23 for an employer-focused Workplace Inclusion Workshop. Speaker Veronica Merryfield will discuss the importance of workplace inclusion and introduce Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion with a focus on the 2SLGBTQIA+ community. The second portion of the workshop will cover how employers can work towards inclusivity of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community. Veronica will also briefly touch upon specific topics of accessibility in the workplace. We look forward to seeing you for a great morning of learning! About this event Join us on November 23rd as IGNITE Atlantic welcomes you to The PIER. Through panel discussions and presentations, we will discover the potential of transportation and logistics opportunities. This will be a great time to meet some of The PIER members as they highlight vessel decarbonization, AI at ports and marine electrification. The event will be held from 10:00 am - 3:00 pm at The PIER (1209 Marginal Road Rd in Halifax). Doors open at 9:30am. Refreshments and lunch will be provided! Join us for drinks and an afternoon of networking at the Garrison Brewing from 3:30-5:30 pm.
