Removing Barriers to Equity: Round Table

The session will be facilitated by Dr. Leeno Karumanchery, Co-Founder and Head of Behavioural Sciences MESH Diversity. Leeno has over 28 years of experience and is world-renowned for his expertise in the fields of Emotional Intelligence and Diversity. A Tedtalk presented by Dr. Karumanchery is available below. The sessions will take place on Zoom and is available in French. Please advise if you require access to a French session when registering. The links will be made available to attendees on registration. Objectives The project’s specific objectives are to: Improve representation of Black Canadians within the banking sector; Improve understanding among banking sector stakeholders of industry-specific barriers and the inclusion of effective human resources practices to address them; and Develop new inclusion tools, such as the Inclusive Visioning Process road map, tailored to industry specific needs. As this is a national event, a series of events have been arranged with multiple sessions to accommodate as much of the banking sector as possible.
