During this 90-minute webinar with Dave Reynolds, we will look at both sides of communication, good and bad. During this presentation we will look at the mechanics of communication, the role of the audience, preparation on the fly and when you need to present, and how to become a better speaker.  We will look at communicating with people you know and how to be more confident communicating with people you don’t know.
