Google Analytics and SEO are household names, but before you dive into them you need to have your website strategy ready!
With a fully developed web strategy, you’ll be able to measure the success of your efforts in copywriting and design choices, information architecture, user experience, accessibility, social media and digital marketing efforts and sales/awareness growth.
After this program, you’ll walk away with a 12-month web strategy and know how to effectively implement Google Analytics and SEO into your web presence to drive growth and sales. We’ll be leveraging a peer-to-peer support network through an interactive slack channel, where participants can ask each other questions and provide support for one another. This immersive program will also include 5 hours on 1-1 consultation time outside of workshop hours that will allow you to gain guidance and support beyond the classroom as you apply what you have learned.

Slack Group + Quarter Check-in
Peer learning is an important component of this program, so you’ll be added to a group Slack channel where you can ask questions and receive peer feedback on what you’ve done so far.
We all know life gets busy, so at the 3-month mark, you’ll send in a one-page summary showcasing efforts made and trends found through your reporting. Don’t worry, you’ll be given a template!
When dealing with Analytics and SEO, each company has their own questions, so you’ll receive 5 hours of on-demand virtual coaching with the facilitator. We recommend you spread them out over a 10-month period so you can revisit and adjust your website strategy, get additional training on Google Analytics as the year progresses, or look at your next moves.
You must meet all eligibility requirements to take part of in this opportunity. If you are not a DNS member, you can still apply! Once you receive confirmation of your acceptance into the program, you must please register as a member.
Please note, this program has been fully funded through Workplace Innovation and Productivity Skills Incentive (WIPSI), and will be provided FREE for DNS members with less than 50 employees. If your company has more than 50 employees, 50% of program costs will be funded.
