    The session will be facilitated by Dr. Leeno Karumanchery, Co-Founder and Head of Behavioural Sciences MESH Diversity. Leeno has over 28 years of experience and is world-renowned for his expertise in the fields of Emotional Intelligence and Diversity. A Tedtalk presented by Dr. Karumanchery is available below. The sessions will take place on Zoom and is available in French. Please advise if you require access to a French session when registering. The links will be made available to attendees on registration. Objectives The project’s specific objectives are to: Improve representation of Black Canadians within the banking sector; Improve understanding among banking sector stakeholders of industry-specific barriers and the inclusion of effective human resources practices to address them; and Develop new inclusion tools, such as the Inclusive Visioning Process road map, tailored to industry specific needs. As this is a national event, a series of events have been arranged with multiple sessions to accommodate as much of the banking sector as possible. Round Table This session will offer the opportunity for dialogue around how DEI challenges are presently viewed, addressed and if/how they actually move the dial in our equity efforts.
