Objectives The project’s specific objectives are to: Improve representation of Black Canadians within the banking sector; Improve understanding among banking sector stakeholders of industry-specific barriers and the inclusion of effective human resources practices to address them; and Develop new inclusion tools, such as the Inclusive Visioning Process road map, tailored to industry specific needs. As this is a national event, a series of events have been arranged with multiple sessions to accommodate as much of the banking sector as possible.
