In August, Andrew Burke gave a talk about a big project he had done last year with React Native. In September, he demonstrated some of the difficulties involved in getting a React Native project started and running on multiple devices.
Finally this month he will show you why all the work is worth it, leading a workshop on how to actually build applications in React Native. He’ll cover how to build components and assemble them into full-featured applications, the importance of State and Props, and finally how Redux can be used for better state management.
Depending on the reliability of the internet, attendees will be able to follow along in the “Expo” virtual environment.
