What is RBC Amplify?

RBC Amplify is an intensive innovation program, where students in their final summer before graduating are put into cross functional teams of four to tackle real RBC business challenges and build a full solution from scratch in a matter of four months. Find more information about Amplify here!

• Meet the Amplify Program & Recruitment team
• Hear from previous Amplify Alumni about their experience in the program

How do I know if I’m eligible?

Students eligible for the 2022 Amplify program are those graduating from a post-secondary institution between September 2022 and May 2023. We are currently hiring for 2 different roles; Business Analysts and Developers (Full Stack + Front End).
