Join us for Pride in Business—a half-day event designed specifically for 2SLGBTQI+ entrepreneurs, market vendors, and creators looking to grow their business, build their brand, and access new opportunities. Allied businesses welcome!
Hosted by the Pictou County Partnership, in collaboration with IGNITE and Pictou County Pride, and made possible by Canada’s 2SLGBTQI+ Chamber of Commerce (CGLCC), this event brings together experts and organizations dedicated to supporting your entrepreneurial journey.
Over the course of the afternoon, you’ll hear from guest speakers on topics like government procurement, the Rainbow Registered certification, foundational financial planning, and building an authentic brand that reflects your identity. You’ll also have the chance to enjoy lunch, network with fellow entrepreneurs, and engage with local supports in an affirming and inclusive environment.

Is the venue accessible?
Yes. There is a wheelchair accessible entrance located at the front of the building, accessible from the Temperance Street parking lot. A gender neutral washroom is also available at the front of the building.
