Come learn about how and why buildings and infrastructure are being modelled in 3D, and how virtual models are aiding data analysis and systems monitoring to impact decision making!
GANS is hosting an all-day professional development seminar on ‘Digital Twins Technology and Building Information Modelling (BIM)’!
The GANS Professional Development Days provide all community members with an opportunity to network and hear the experiences of specialists within a unique geospatial field. Each Professional Development Day Event will focus on a new field or area for each, to showcase the overall impact of the geomatics sector on every function in our economy and society.
Tuesday, February 25, 2020 from 10:00am to 4:30pm
Halifax Central Library, Spring Garden Road, Halifax (Room 301)
Attendance costs $75 or $60 for GANS members. Please note that in an attempt to keep the registration fee as low as possible, lunch will not be provided (though there are many terrific pubs and eateries within easy walking distance of the library!).
Act fast – space is limited!
