Mapping Growth : we are focused on goal setting, planning and mindset
My name is Dave Reynolds and I have over 15 years of business development experience ranging from launching and developing new products, to refining sales strategies for companies all over Atlantic Canada My focus in business development recently has been targeted at growing sales teams, defining goals and structuring plans to support short term objectives and long term destinations. The Rumin8 Group’s goal with every client is to be able to take them from where they are to where they want to go at any stage of business!
The day will be focused on three areas:
1. Business Development Mindset – Defining proactive business development vs. Reactive. This section creates a realization of how you need to look at business development before you even act on it.
2. Goal Setting – we separate the good goals from the great goals. We give structured processed on how to create short term and long term goals and keep them aligned. During the presentation we will give the mechanics and tracking to properly deliver a goal to your team and how to manage it at all levels.
3. Planning – Without planning a goal is just a dream. During the presentation we articulate the importance of planning at all level and how to better measure your path. There are all different types of plans and we separate how to plan and when to plan.
