With 50 hours divided up over 1/2 day online virtual training, join Barrington OPS as they cover in depth training in the LSS DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) methodology. This course you learn how to apply a wide range of Lean Six Sigma problem solving and process improvement tools and statistical analysis. We ensure this class is interactive with breakout groups, live instructor interaction at all times, an in class case study. We can follow up with 1 x 1 coaching through a Green Belt process improvement project. Upon completion of the classroom training, passing a technical test and completion of the certification criteria you will receive a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
