IGNITING Women in Business has a goal to provide rural women entrepreneurs an opportunity to connect, learn and build their network. Through this speaker series we hope to connect, inspire and empower diverse rural women in business across Nova Scotia!

This is the second of our four-part speaker series where we will have the pleasure of hearing from two Yarmouth based entrepreneurs including Chef Pamela Leonforde, Founder at Café Caye Mangé and Agamani (Mani) Chakrabarty, Founder at ASBB Consulting on their entrepreneurial journeys!

About Café Caye Mangé

Café Caye Mangé is a plant-based cafe based in Yarmouth, NS that offers Saint Lucia’s rich and diversified creole cuisine with a plant-based twist. Pamela is a certified plant-based nutirionist and vegan chef with extensive experience and passion for bringing healthy and sustainable food options to her community.

ASBB Consulting is an economic advisory firm based in Yarmouth, NS specializing in providing research and economic advisory services to rural and remote communities to promote sustainable and diversified growth. They believe in empowering communities to build a better future through providing economic and strategic planning advice on initiatives, such as education, health, economic, social, and infrastructure projects. ​

After we hear from Pamela and Mani, there will be an opportunity to network and socialize with guests. Light snacks will be provided from Café Caye Mangé.
