Jon is a developer and will share his perspectives on how PMs can improve how they work with developers.

He has experience working in a dozen companies from start-ups he founded to joining established teams. Having experienced life as a developer, product manager, programmer and CTO he has observed what seems to work, and what seems to NOT work when making successful products. This presentation discusses some of the technical terms, practices, and cultures that affect product development successes and failures.
