Kshiti, a Front-end Developer and Designer, embarked on her journey in design and development at the age of 19. Her professional trajectory has been fueled entirely by a fervent passion for crafting the design and structure of websites. As a self-taught designer and developer, she possesses the ability to create and revamp applications from the ground up. Guided by the motto of empowering individuals with curiosity, Kshiti is dedicated to assisting them in achieving greater success in the tech industry and discovering their authentic path.

Renuka Khanna
Change Management Consultant, Mara Consulting

Renuka is a Prosci-certified change practitioner with over 10 years of experience in digital transformation, service/​operational process development and organizational change. She excels at building stakeholder relationships and engaging with the people’s side of change, while also leveraging her technology background to understand and communicate the details. She has skills and knowledge working with the Agile framework and methodology. Her focus is always bringing industry best practices to support organizational effectiveness and user experience.
