Tukan Das is the CEO and Co-founder of Gia – an AI growth platform for agencies and consulting firms. He is the former CEO of LeadSift, which was acquired by IDG/Foundry in 2021. With a background in information retrieval and NLP and passion for storytelling – Tukan is a doer, dreamer and a diplomat where he is working with his team to empower 1 million entrepreneurs start, run and grow their consulting business.
Robert Newcombe, P.Eng., MBA is an Industrial Engineer, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and recognized across Atlantic Canada for his AI-focused leadership. In 2023, he founded AI-First Consulting with a mission to help 500 Atlantic Canadian organizations adopt AI by 2035. Since that time, Robert has delivered AI keynotes for organizations such as Engineers Canada, CME, EMC, AISC, PMI, and others. Robert has partnered with Digital Nova Scotia and St. FX University to create and deliver an AI microcredential course, training over 90 participants on the practical use of generative AI. He is also partnering with Impact Organizations of Nova Scotia (IONS) to bring AI training to local nonprofits. His work has been highlighted in The Business Voice and The Engineer, and he currently teaches a generative AI course at Dalhousie University—equipping the next generation of industrial engineers with critical AI skills.
