About Sarah Mullins, uptreeHR
For the last 25 years, Sarah has been working for companies small and large managing employees, developing and implementing policy, and consulting management on employee strategy/relations. Through Sarah’s experience as a senior HR leader, she has taught hundreds of managers and executives how to manage performance, build effective teams, and avoid litigation.
For almost a decade, Sarah’s worked with high growth organizations as the lead HR Project Manager for 14 highly successful company acquisitions. Her work included due diligence, communication planning, change management, and employee integration.
In 2016, Sarah has returned to her passion for small businesses and uptreeHR was founded. Since then, uptreeHR has supported businesses across Nova Scotia in all functional areas of human resources including employee relations, performance management, policy development, recruitment, management training/coaching and payroll.
