Rolene Pryor is a Senior Consultant with more than 20 years of experience in facilitation, strategy and implementation plan development, research, and project management. Rolene has more than 10 years of experience applying ‘Appreciative Inquiry’ within various organizations for strategic planning and facilitation.
Prior to starting her career in consulting, Rolene worked for more than 10 years in higher education, specifically focused on institutional research and planning. She has helped higher ed institutions co-create meaningful strategic and operational plans through facilitation and the application of collaborative information gathering techniques.
