TPM Functional Lead/Product Configurator
Job Summary
As a TPM Functional Lead you will be the principal functional expert and client-facing lead for our Trade Promotion Management TPM solution delivery. You will guide our clients leading global CPG/FMCG companies through the implementation process ensuring that our solutions deliver measurable value and support their revenue growth ambitions. Responsibilities
- Lead the functional workstream for TPM delivery projects from requirements gathering and solution design to enablement and go-live.
- Facilitate client workshops to understand business processes pain points and value drivers in trade promotion and revenue management.
- Develop and own the functional solution blueprint ensuring alignment with client objectives CPG/FMCG best practices and XTEL standards.
- Collaborate with project managers technical leads and business analysts to ensure seamless delivery and risk mitigation.
- Advise clients on industry best practices emerging revenue management trends and digital transformation strategies in CPG/FMCG.
- Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) change management and ensure user adoption and business readiness.
Certifications Required
Deep experience in CPG/FMCG commercial processes especially Trade Promotion Management Revenue Growth Management and/or Sales Force Automation.
Proven track record in leading functional delivery
