Inclusive leadership is a mindset. It starts with the individual leader. In this two day workshop we will focus on;

• Values as a driver for leadership- values are the foundation of our decision-making and behavior. Here staff will explore their values in a safe environment.
• Anti-racism in leadership- racism is ongoing. Here we will explore a brief history of the black experience from slavery to the arrival in Nova Scotia.
• Top leadership qualities- leadership goes beyond acute expertise. Much of it has to do with people. Here staff will explore the top leadership qualities that catapult organisations from good to great.

Meet your Presenter

Bradley Sheppard of Sheppard Diversity is people focused. He helps organizations raise awareness and have tough conversations around Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion. He has spent 20 years in professional teaching and learning environments. His lived experience gives him a unique perspective on difference and how to leverage such difference to create inclusive environments.
