Managing Partner of Norex and Digital Nova Scotia Member, Jenelle Sobey has been recognized by Women in Communications and Technology (WCT) for her efforts in advancing, and inspiring women across Canada in communications, media, and technology.
Joining ten Canadian female leaders from companies such as Microsoft, IBM Canada, Bell Media and CBC, Jenelle will be representing Atlantic Canada at the WCT Annual Awards Gala on April 26th in Ottawa.
In 2016, Jenelle was recognized and awarded the Digital Nova Scotia Power IT Up: Next Generation Leadership Award at our inaugural Digital Diversity Awards celebration. We are excited to share that through our partnership with the Women in Communications and Technology, all award recipients were automatically vetted and nominated for WCT’s own national Annual Awards program.
We are extremely proud of Jenelle for all of her achievements and believe she truly deserves this national recognition. Congratulations Jenelle!
Nominations for our 2017 Digital Diversity Awards are currently open, and we are encouraging the recognition and celebration of female leaders and diversity champions in the ICT sector. Nominate someone remarkable and outstanding today!
