In August 2020, the Canadian Consulates of San Francisco and Minneapolis will host some of Canada’s most promising AgTech ventures as part of the AgTech Canadian Technology Accelerator. Participating companies will receive extensive background on accessing the local market, including the regulatory environment, financing, customer acquisition, and investor attraction. The program will consist of virtual and/or in-market visits across both regions (depending on global health conditions). Participants will have access to resources and companies based in the Sacramento, San Francisco, Salinas and Minneapolis-St. Paul areas.
Program dates: September 2020 – December 2020 (TBC)
Target industries: AgTech & subsectors
Stage: Early stage, companies who are looking to raise some capital (seed or series A)
