AP/AR Administrator

We are searching for an experienced AP/AR Administrator to join their team to ensure our company financial infrastructure and client support are functioning optimally. This role reports to the CFO. Key responsibilities include AP/AR:

• Daily approval and data entry of all payables and receivables
• Preparation of weekly payables listing, ensure payments are within terms
• Vendor account maintenance

Bookkeeping:

• Support bookkeeping activities as required including reconciliations and month end support

Office Management: Support reception and office management as needed Since we are a small team, from time to time there will be other tasks as assigned which are related to this role. Key requirements include

• A minimum of 1 years’ experience in AP/AR
• Proficiency in Quick Books and experience with the MS suite of programs is required
• Post-secondary education in accounting, business administration, or equivalent experience required
• Experience in full cycle bookkeeping would be an asset
• Availability to work on-site at our offices
• Exceptional data accuracy and overall organizational skills
• Ability and aptitude to work in a fast-paced environment processing large amount of data daily
• Strict ethics in maintaining confidentiality of customer information
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
