DESCRIPTION:Join us as we celebrate latest cohort of startups from the Ready2Launch ’22 program! \nAbout this event\nJoin us on Ready2Launch 2022 Pitch Day! This is the final event of the Ready2Launch Summer Accelerator through Dal Innovates. R2L supports early-stage startups by providing up to $15\,000 in funding\, as well as access to industry experts through workshops\, skills clinics\, one-on-one mentorship and mock Boards of Directors. \nJoin us to celebrate the hard work of eleven venture teams from across the Atlantic. Hear how their innovative ideas are addressing problems in the MedTech\, AgTech\, CleanTech and others. For a preview of their solutions\, visit https://ready2launch.ca/2022 . \nAgenda: \n\nRegistration and Refreshments: 2:30 pm – 3:00 pm\nWelcome note: 3:00 pm – 3:10 pm\nPitches (6 ventures): 3:10 pm : 4:10 pm\nBreak: 4:10 pm – 4:20 pm\nPitches (5 ventures): 4:20 pm – 5:10 pm\nClosing: 5:10 pm – 5:30 pm\n\nFormat \nEach team will have 5-minutes to pitch\, followed by a short question and answer period with our panel of judges. First and second place will be announced at the end of the event\, with prizes of $5\,000 and $3\,000 respectively. A $2\,000 cash prize will also be awarded to the winner of the People’s Choice Competition. \nThe event will take place in Design Commons located in Richard Murray Design Building\, 5257 Morris Street in Halifax.
