Digital Nova Scotia Newsletter – Updates and Industry Information
The Digital Spectrum
Quarterly Newsletter: Spring 2016

I am pleased to welcome you to the Spring Edition of our quarterly newsletter, The Digital Spectrum! It is in the seasonal spirit of growth and renewal that I extend our many thanks to our industry members and partners for your continued engagement and support of Digital Nova Scotia (DNS). April was an exciting month with our Collaborative Connections: Nova Scotia Digital Industry Conference as well as the Professional Development Summit, and numerous other events and programs aimed at supporting the growth of our sector. May and June are set to be just as exciting with the recent launch of our Navigating New Channels: ICT Sales Strategy Bootcamp and the upcoming Spring Finale. We’re pleased to partner with the Centre for Women in Business to present their Spring Finale, and to announce the winners of our first-ever Digital Diversity Awards! The Awards provide a unique opportunity for our sector to recognize and honour female leadership and diversity champions who aim to make Nova Scotia’s digital technologies industry more inclusive. I encourage our members, partners, and stakeholders to attend the event on June 7th at the McCain Centre at Mount Saint Vincent University to join in the celebration!

As always, please feel free to reach out to the DNS team or myself if you have any questions on our industry-led initiatives or a new idea/program you’d like us to review. We’re working on a number of upcoming industry-led initiatives to support your growth, so stay tuned!

All the best,

Ulrike Bahr-Gedalia
