Ila possesses a passion for accessibility, and believes that the technology can open doors for many individuals traditional employment roles leaves behind. Ila co-developed a federally-funded Youth Employment Program, which honed her facilitation skills and gave insight into the needs of new grads in the current employment landscape. Ila is a dedicated community-driven professional who is thrilled to be supporting tech growth in her home province.
